Maccabi Ashdod dominated the Israeli Cup Finals against Ramat Hasharon and won, 63 – 50, much to the delight of their awesome fans. Endi Dagan upped his unbelievable record at Cup Finals to 7 for 7, as his team was led by Tamera Young and Ashley Shields. Ashdod played smart and uncompromising basketball from the tip and charged hard for the Cup.

We're going to have a new cup holder. Ramat Hasharon defeated Ramla 69-64 in overtime, and will attempt to win the cup for the 2nd time in the last 3 years. Ashdod again showed a lot of heart in a come from behind win over Ramat Hen, 72 - 68, and will make its first ever Cup Finals appearance.

Ashdod trailed through out the game and was down 9 with 10 minutes left, before an impressive defensive display turned things around. Ramat Hen again let a game slip in the 4th quarter, and Ashdod won 72-68 to make their first ever Cup Finals appearance.
Ramat Hasharon returns to the Cup final
Despite losing a 4th quarter lead and ending up in overtime, Ramat Hasharon held on to beat Ramla in the cup semi finals, 69-64.
Cup 1/8th finals: No upsets
Three games were held in the 1/8th final round of the women's Israeli cup. Ramat Hen and Ashdod advanced easily to the 1/4 finals while Raanana Hertzeliya got a tough win in Rishon Lezion.
No Comeback This Time, Cup Red Again
The women's cup is heading back to Ramat Hasharon. The girls in red played a great game and led by 17 in the 3rd when Plenette Pierson got hurt and didn't return until the 4th. Without her, Ramla staged a huge comeback and got the game tied in the final minutes but Ramat Hasharon held on, 69-65.
Ramla Wins At Buzzer, Will Face Ramat Hasharon
The women's Cup semi finals provided a huge drama in the 1st game as Ramla came back from a 17-point deficit to win 76-75 with a three at the buzzer. Ramat Hasharon had much less trouble with Ramat Hen and easily advanced to the finals (on March 8).
